Nothing beats being at the top of the buidling! With no owners above you and high above the street noise, there’s no better way to get a good night’s sleep!
Tracy Tower’s, like any Gramercy co-op, wants to ensure that new owners will be financially capable of carrying and maintaining their apartments. So the only opportunity that the co-op has to do this is upon the initial co-op application. Once your offer is accepted by the owner, you would begin the co-op application process. This package must be completed in full and if all meets the Board’s criteria you’ll be invited for an interview with members of the board. Once the board gives the OK, the closing can be scheduled and after a successful closing you get the keys.
Tracy Towers is a pet friendly building and welcomes pets. Like any co-op your pet should be formally approved by the co-op, so you would submit your pet’s information in your application package to the co-op for formal approval.
At this time, due to Covid, the garden is limited to building residents. In the near future, it is expected that the roof garden will reopen to guests. Residents who are interested may plant and tend to the garden, or they may just relax and enjoy this beautiful amenity.
